FOR FEMINIQUE WELLNESS & FEMINIQUE PILATES

These Terms of Service outline the policies, responsibilities, and expectations for all services offered by Feminique Wellness, including Pilates sessions, classes, packages, workshops, events, and coaching programs (online and in-person). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a safe, respectful experience for both clients and instructors. Please review this page carefully before committing to any service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Feminique Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”), including Pilates classes (private), packages, workshops/events, and coaching programs (online or in-person).

By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Payments

  • Your booking is confirmed only after full payment (or deposit, if offered) is received.

  • Payment confirms your spot and time slot, and we reserve that space exclusively for you.

Pilates Sessions (Private)

Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours before your session: you may reschedule once at no extra charge (subject to availability).

  • Less than 24 hours before your session: it will be treated as a late cancellation and is charged in full.

  • No-show (missed session without notice): charged in full.

Late Arrival

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.

  • If you arrive late, the session may be shortened and still charged in full.

3) Packages

  • All packages/class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless stated otherwise).

  • Packages must be used within the stated validity period:

    • 10-sessions package: valid for 3 months

    • 20-sessions package: valid for 6 months

  • Unused sessions that expire are forfeited.

  • Extensions may be considered only for medical reasons, with supporting documentation, at our discretion.


Workshops, Events & Special Programs (In-person / Online)

  • Workshop/event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you cannot attend:

    • You may transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before, by notifying us in writing, or

    • If a replay/recording is included, access will be provided according to the event details.


Coaching Programs (1:1 Coaching / Group Coaching / Online Courses / Memberships)

Coaching Sessions (1:1)

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

  • Late cancellations/no-shows are charged in full.

Coaching Programs / Packages

  • Program fees are non-refundable once the program has started and/or materials have been delivered (e.g., modules, workbooks, recordings, trackers).

  • If a payment plan is chosen, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Digital Products / Online Materials

  • Due to immediate access and downloadable content, digital products and online course purchases are non-refundable.


Client Cancellations Due to Medical Reasons

We understand that health and emergencies happen.

  • If you are unwell, please notify us as early as possible.

  • We may offer a credit (not a refund) for sessions missed due to medical reasons, with supporting documentation, at our discretion.


Our Right to Reschedule / Cancel

If we need to reschedule or cancel a session/class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, studio issues):

  • You will be offered a rescheduled date/time, or

  • A credit, or

  • A refund (only if we cancel and you cannot reschedule).


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved (only in the limited situations stated above):

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider/bank.
