"When girls understand their changing bodies, they stop feeling confused — and start feeling confident.”
Me & My Cycle isn’t just a health talk — it’s a vital conversation that builds emotional resilience, body confidence, and self-respect from the inside out.
Whether your students are entering puberty or already navigating periods, this workshop meets them where they are — with age-appropriate, supportive, and science-based guidance.
Most girls enter puberty confused, embarrassed, or unsure of what’s happening in their bodies. In many cases, school lessons only cover the basics — and avoid the emotional, hormonal, and lifestyle realities of growing up female.
That’s where Me & My Cycle comes in.
This 90-minute workshop bridges the gap between biology class and real-life experience — helping girls understand how puberty and hormones shape their emotions, energy, body image, and confidence.

After working with so many women who struggled with painful periods and body confusion in their 30s and 40s, one thing became clear — this kind of education should have started in school. That’s why I created this workshop."

hello , i am nadhrah
Hi! I’m Nadhrah Maidin — a Period Coach, Menstrual Cycle Educator, and Wellness Coach. I work with women and teens across Malaysia to help them understand their hormonal health, menstrual cycles, and how to care for their bodies naturally and confidently.
Having coached countless women struggling with painful periods, irregular cycles, and hormonal burnout — I’ve seen one common theme: no one taught us how our bodies actually work.
That’s why I created Me & My Cycle — to give girls what we never had: early, empowering education about their body, mind, and hormones.

The teenage years are a time of discovery, change, and growth — especially for girls navigating puberty, hormones, and their first period. While many schools cover the basics of reproductive health, what’s often missing is the emotional and practical support girls truly need to feel confident in their own skin.
Me & My Cycle was created to fill that gap. It’s not just a workshop about periods — it’s a safe space for girls to ask questions, understand their emotions, and learn how their bodies work in a way that’s empowering, respectful, and relatable.
By giving girls the knowledge we wish we had growing up, we help them:
✅ Build a healthy relationship with their body
✅ Reduce shame and silence around menstruation
✅ Feel seen, heard, and supported during a confusing stage of life
✅ Step into adolescence with clarity and self-trust
Because when girls are educated about their cycles, they’re not just prepared for their periods — they’re prepared for life
