My role as a wife and mother has given me immense strength and inspiration, allowing me to overcome many challenges. These experiences became the foundation of my approach. As a hormone coach, I bring a wealth of life experiences and a true understanding of midlife transformation to empower every woman I guide.

My Story

I’m the owner of Feminique Wellness, a company that works with women over 35. I offer workshops, one-on-one coaching, and Pilates classes. I help women balance their hormones with a healthy diet and better understand their cycles for improved well-being.

I didn’t just start this company suddenly. Having been fighting severe endometriosis since I was thirteen, and adenomyosis in 2022, I got practical experience and extensive knowledge of hormonal changes and problems.

Over the years, I shifted my personal and professional focus to deeply understand this difficult phase of a woman's life. I believe we can take control of our lives by focusing on becoming healthy and taking good care of ourselves. And it’s so much more important in midlife when you’re laying the foundation for a healthy old age.

Perimenopause is more than just a transition into menopause; it’s your chance to welcome a new, empowered chapter of life.
